Baja Mineral Sea Salt was created to bring premium mineral-rich sea salt from the pristine waters of Baja California to Australian kitchens.

Unlike heavily refined table salt, Baja Mineral Sea Salt is naturally harvested, sun-dried and minimally processed, retaining more than 90 naturally occurring trace minerals.

We believe salt should be simple: exceptional quality, naturally sourced and full of flavour.
