Return & Refund Policy – Store Returns for Baja Mineral Sea Salt

At Baja Mineral Sea Salt, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
• Perishable or opened food products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations

To request a return, please contact us at orders@bajagoldsalt.com.au or through our Contact Us page. We’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days
• If your refund is late or missing, please check with your bank or credit card company as it may take additional time before it is officially posted

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, email us at orders@bajagoldsalt.com.au with photos and order details.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the product was faulty)
